This application is a proprietary tool owned and operated by Cached Technology Services. Access is restricted to authorized personnel (Admins, Managers, Technicians) and designated Clients. Use of this system constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. User Roles and Responsibilities

Access to this platform is based on specific roles. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Administrators: Have full authority to manage all system data, including the oversight of Managers and Technicians.
  • Managers: Responsible for assigning work orders to Technicians and initiating payments upon successful completion of tasks.
  • Technicians: Responsible for executing assigned work orders professionally and updating the system on progress.
  • Clients: Granted “view-only” access to track the progress of their specific technology service requests.

3. Scope of Services

Cached Technology Services provides professional technology solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Computer Support: Setup, repair, and data recovery.
  • Audio/Video: TV mounting, home theater, and projector installation.
  • Smart Home: Configuration of smart devices, appliances, and IoT integration.
  • Commercial Networking: POS installation, digital signage, and network infrastructure.

4. Work Orders and Payments

  • Assignment: Work orders are assigned based on technician availability and expertise.
  • Completion: A work order is considered complete only after the Manager or Admin verifies the task.
  • Payment Flow: Payments to Technicians are processed through the internal management system after work verification. Cached Technology Services reserves the right to withhold payment if the work does not meet the agreed-upon standards.

5. Proprietary Rights and Restrictions

This application is proprietary and not for public use.

  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.
  • Unauthorized sharing of access or internal data is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of access and legal action.

6. Service Areas

Our services are provided in the following regions:

  • Residential: Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Commercial: Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence with our 20+ years of experience, Cached Technology Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this application or the technical services provided, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
